Yes. When a client selects a service and time, a payment link is sent to them automatically inside WhatsApp. Once they pay, the booking is confirmed and the money is sent directly to your bank account. You provide your account details once during setup. Ghedu never holds your money.
Only one booking can go through. The moment a client selects a time, Ghedu locks that slot immediately. If someone else tries to take it at the same time, they see that it is no longer available and are shown the next open slot. You will never have a double booking.
